I also went with neato to local service (because neato is out of warranty) and they checked battery first and found out that one cell in battery pack is not working properly so they will exchange that damaged cell. I tried everything neato service told me to do. It does not turn it self on even when connected to its charging station. And now I am not even able to turn it on. After few hours it turned it self off completely.I tried to turn it on few times and it turned it self on but after few minutes it turned off. the battery LED (with amber light) was slowly blinking. Its battery went low so it returned to its charging base. Unfortunately I was not able to get it work with app.
